@ work tonight a gentleman to whom I barely know gave me an interesting food cooking "trick."
When cooking a turkey, cook it upside down so that the juices stay within the bird keeping it nice & juicy.
I guess the reason why cooks on TV never mention that little technique is because cooking a bird upside down looks kinda strange...not too appealing having the turkey's ass sticking straight up in the air.
